In Sushi Bar Samurai, you'll explore dozens of beautiful locations, solve tricky cooking puzzles, perfect furiously fast sushi moves, befriend a secretive recipe spirit, engage in fierce cook-offs with a demon pastry chef, and help return the matron of Sushi to her rightful place.

This is my first time ever working with printed t-shirts, so I was very nervous, but I'm delighted to say that everything worked out quite well!
I wanted to have a special t-shirt to give away at PAX to commemorate the event, since I was so happy that Sushi was selected and I wanted to have something really cool that only PAX attendees could get. Unfortunately there's 50,000 people who go to PAX, and so I think it would have cost... hmm... over a half million dollars to print that many t-shirts? So shirts will only be going to folks who beat the conference best, daily best, or hourly best versus score for each of the versus stage rounds!
Of course, I might also give out a few at my own discretion :)
In theory, some footage from Sushi Bar Samurai, and perhaps some interview material from me, will be on G4 as part of the PAX 10 feature on August 29th at 8PM. I actually have no idea what they will be showing, since I assume the segment hasn't even been assembled and edited yet. But, it turns out we get G4 here, so I will find out when everyone else does I guess!
I'm still in shock! The news is out that Sushi Bar Samurai has been selected by Penny Arcade for inclusion in their PAX 10 independent game showcase at the 2008 Penny Arcade Expo!
This means the game will be playable on the PAX show floor, for those of you planning on coming to sunny Seattle for the convention. Sweet!
